SECTION I
ABOUT THE ADVERTISEMENT, THE PROMOTIONS AND THE PUBLICITY
Article 34 – It constitutes ethical infraction:
I - Advertising rates and mode of payment;
V – To provide clinical evaluations, diagnosis or prescriptions through any mass communication vehicle, as well as to participate on dentistry promotional activities not exclusively focused on collective education.
